Fundraising

WTP-led events throughout the year are fast becoming welcome fixtures in the village calendar. The Committee works very hard organising various fund-raisers, including an Auction of Promises, a Mother's Day Cake & Flowers Stall outside the Post Office in March, and a Nearly New Sale held twice a year in November & April. Check out our calendar for dates of forthcoming events. As well as this we have stalls at the village-wide event of Feast Day, and at the School Christmas Fayre. Within playgroup we hold Cake Raffles throughout the year, and organise a Christmas Disco for the children. We also raise money through various fund-raising schemes that offer cash-back or commission, see links and information below.

The scheme offers free educational books from Dorling Kindersley in exchange for tokens found on Nestle cereal box tops and cereal bar packs.
Please bring your collected box tops into playgroup to enable us to claim some fabulous free books!

Tesco Vouchers

We are now registered with the Tesco Vouchers for Clubs & Schools Scheme.
If you shop at Tesco please collect the vouchers and donate them to our cause and encourage friends and family to donate theirs too. Please bring your collected vouchers into playgroup to enable us to claim free Sports & ICT equipment!

Suttons Seeds

Suttons Seeds is an internationally renowned supplier of flower and vegetable seeds, young plants, bulbs, fruit bushes and other horticultural products to amateur gardeners.
Catalogues are distributed through playgroup in the Spring term, and we receive 20% commisssion on all orders. Check out their website below to see their products, and look out for the catalogues that will be sent home with your child from playgroup.

Bag 2 School

Twice a year, Bag2School collects quality second hand ladies', mens' and children's clothing, as well as bedding, curtains, soft toys, shoes, belts and handbags from us, and offers £200-£400 per tonne donation to the playgroup in return. Look out for the bags sent home with your child, and have a clear out to help us raise funds.
